About the role

A creative professional responsible for producing high-quality video content, managing full production workflows, and staying updated with current video trends to support BJAK's brand and engagement goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing creative concepts and visual approaches for BJAK’s video content.
  • Plan, storyboard, and execute video shoots for various social media platforms.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage.
  • Produce content ranging from corporate storytelling to social media videos.
  • Edit videos with attention to pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
  • Perform color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, and subtitling.
  • Ensure content consistency with BJAK’s brand identity.
  • Manage multiple editing timelines and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Social Media teams and incorporate feedback.
  • Support or guide interns/junior editors when needed.
  • Handle full production responsibilities, including media management and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in videography and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing various video styles.
