About the role

Design seamless, scalable, and impactful user experiences for BJAK's financial products in Southeast Asia, from wireframes to polished UI, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process for one or more product areas, from concept to implementation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems and solve them with great UX.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and polished UI designs.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Advocate for the user and ensure their needs are central to every decision.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product design with a portfolio showcasing web/mobile products.
  • Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
  • Familiarity with user research, testing, and agile product teams.
  • Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and interaction design.
  • Based in Malaysia and open to hybrid work from HQ.
