About the role
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events, activations, and on-ground campaigns across ASEAN to grow brand awareness and user acquisition. Manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure brand and business goal alignment.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and effective on-ground marketing and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead day-to-day execution of events, roadshows, sponsorships, and activation campaigns.
- Manage and mentor the on-ground activation team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality execution.
- Work closely with Sales, PR, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to ensure integrated and consistent campaign delivery.
- Handle vendor management, negotiations, logistics, and approvals required for all on-ground activities.
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to improve future campaigns.
- Manage activation budgets responsibly to ensure strong ROI and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Have 5+ years of experience in events, on-ground activation, field marketing, or brand activation.
