About the role

Talent Acquisition Specialist role focused on sourcing for G&A and specialized teams, with opportunities to evolve into Talent Partner, Talent Branding & Sourcing strategy, or Talent Operations. Hybrid NYC role with a path from high-volume sourcing to full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Specialized Hiring: build top-of-funnel pipeline for G&A and specialized teams; identify and message prospective candidates using LinkedIn, Gem, and other sourcing channels.
  • Master the "Verse" Narrative: convert passive candidates into applicants by communicating mission and values.
  • Data Integrity & Operations: maintain Ashby as source of truth with clean candidate data and track conversion metrics.
  • Support the Process: assist Talent Partners with scheduling, candidate coordination, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 years of experience in a data-driven recruitment agency or staffing firm.
  • Technical Curiosity: eagerness to tinker with tools and AI to automate tasks.
  • Resilience & Drive: persistent, organized, goal-oriented attitude from agency experience.
  • Coachability: eagerness to learn and understand recruiting rationale.
