About the role

Looking for a detail-oriented research-driven intern to support insurance initiatives including bot training, product analysis, servicing flow mapping, and explorations for partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in building and training an insurance assistance bot by researching and documenting claims flow, servicing touchpoints, grievance redressal journeys, top insurance products, and new product advisory postures.
  • Identify and document product, processes, servicing flows, and claims workflows across insurers.
  • Benchmark industry practices and identify gaps or opportunities.
  • Maintain structured datasets for products and processes.
  • Work on new strategic initiatives such as evaluating financer partnerships and preparing comparative insights.

Qualifications

  • ~BBI,BMS,BCOM– current student or recent graduate
  • ~Freshers with strong research aptitude may also apply

Skills

Required:Research and analysisProcess documentationCommunication and presentation
Nice to have:Interest in Insurance, Fintech, or Customer Experience
