About the role

Lead product strategy, execution, and team development for Superhuman Mail, a fast and beloved email platform, with a focus on AI integration and creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap in partnership with CEO to extend product-market fit and accelerate growth.
  • Define and refine team and enterprise products, including positioning and target audiences.
  • Champion core values and product philosophy to build remarkable, delightful experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design leaders to execute on detailed roadmaps and manage scope, UX, and timelines.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse, and AI-fluent product organization; recruit, develop, and coach team members.
  • Embed AI into workflows and processes, setting standards for AI fluency and integrating AI as a core component of product development.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading product teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-centric products.
  • Experience leading critical company products that impact business success.
