About the role

A strategic role focused on accelerating growth through cross-functional initiatives at Grammarly's parent company, Superhuman.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-functional growth initiatives from 0 to 1, including launching referral programs, building viral loops, expanding into new markets, and developing freemium-to-paid conversion strategies.
  • Scale successful growth tactics organization-wide by creating playbooks and turning wins into repeatable growth engines.
  • Translate market insights, user behavior data, and competitive dynamics into actionable growth programs with senior leadership.
  • Establish growth operations and tooling, implementing systems like experiment management platforms, feature flagging infrastructure, and analytics frameworks.
  • Champion Product-Led Growth (PLG) principles, embedding growth thinking into product development and design.
  • Foster a growth-minded culture by promoting hypothesis testing, learning from failures, and sharing insights across teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience driving growth or product programs in fast-scaling tech companies.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable systems, frameworks, processes, or tools.
  • Ability to communicate fluently across technical concepts, business priorities, regulatory requirements, and executive strategy.
  • Self-starter capable of connecting dots, gathering context, and charting paths without detailed instructions.
  • Data-driven decision maker with strong stakeholder influence and adaptation skills.
