About the role

A leadership role in product design within the Growth Area at Superhuman, focusing on Monetization experimentation and customer experience enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with growth leaders in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, and Research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Own critical purchase journeys and identify drops and opportunities for seamless experiences.
  • Lead team in designing tests, experiments, and iterative improvements based on data and research insights.
  • Oversee design process from concept to execution, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product and content designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Represent the team's work to executives and advocate strategies impacting business objectives.
  • Explore design trends, tools, and technologies to inspire team innovation.
  • Build strong partner relationships across various teams to support growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a design role, with at least 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Experience with SaaS, growth testing, and monetization strategies, including product and outside-of-product aspects.
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize feedback and collaborate effectively.
  • Leadership style awareness, team building enthusiasm, and adaptability between projects.
  • Curiosity about user needs, growth strategies, and business goals.
  • Passion for AI and productivity industries.
  • Independent work ethic, proactive task management, and effectiveness in fast-paced environments.
