About the role

A program designed to develop early-career talent across various functions such as recruiting, workplace experience, and operations, at Superhuman, part of Grammarly.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-impact projects while building meaningful relationships and creating exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Coordinate complex logistics and operations, including scheduling, events, recruitment processes, or pipeline development, with precision and creativity.
  • Research, analyze, and optimize using data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Own end-to-end initiatives from concept to execution, collaborating cross-functionally and driving results independently.
  • Master productivity tools like Coda, Superhuman, Grammarly, and other AI native tools that power modern work.
  • Learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and new challenges emerge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience and eager to learn and grow.
  • High achievement and excellence in academics, internships, projects, or extracurricular pursuits.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technologically savvy and comfortable with tools like Notion, Coda, Google Workspace, ChatGPT, Claude, etc., or eager to learn.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Curious about people, operations, and business growth.
  • Motivated by impact and mission-driven work.
  • Ability to work independently, manage tasks proactively, analyze and execute efficiently, collaborate effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
