About the role

Build a platform for AI Agents to collaboratively solve complex tasks, developing core ML systems, and integrating cutting-edge AI models, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the future of productivity by evolving Grammarly into an AI-native enterprise suite.
  • Build a groundbreaking AI agent platform enabling multiple AI agents to collaborate.
  • Own critical ML systems including search ranking and proactive suggestions.
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI technology into user experiences.
  • Operate with high autonomy in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Contribute quickly from idea to impact without red tape.

Qualifications

  • MS / PhD in Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of industry experience as a machine learning engineer or applied research scientist.
  • Deep understanding of modern algorithms, ML, NLP, and LLMs.
  • Experience building LLM-based products.
  • Concerned with end-user experience and high quality.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, collaborate, and thrive in results-driven environments.
