About the role
Seeking experienced Data Scientists to join Product and Growth teams; responsible for uncovering insights, building models, designing experiments, and informing product and marketing strategies with data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with growth product, engineering, design, growth, and lifecycle marketing teams.
- Build new metrics that deliver insights and expand understanding of users.
- Mine large datasets to uncover patterns across user behaviors.
- Design and run experiments to improve user experience.
- Optimize marketing channels with personalized, timely touchpoints.
- Guide stakeholder decisions and roadmaps with evidence-based insights.
- Develop causal inference and machine learning models to deepen user insights and promote engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a proven track record in applying data science methods.
- Fluency in Python and SQL with strong data exploration and manipulation skills.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, including causal inference.
- Experience with hypothesis A/B testing and exploratory methods.
- Experience building causal inference models in product or growth domains.
- Effective communication skills, able to translate technical insights into business recommendations.
