About the role

Lead growth initiatives for Superhuman Mail, focusing on acquisition, activation, and expansion to enhance user experience and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize improvements across the acquisition journey, including website optimization, SEO, signup flows, onboarding, activation, and referral loops.
  • Strengthen virality by building referral incentives, shareable AI outputs, and organic growth loops.
  • Develop high-impact website experiments to increase conversion rates.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, and Demand Gen teams to maintain unified messaging.
  • Design intuitive onboarding and AI-powered activation experiences.
  • Build in-product guidance, run rapid A/B tests to improve activation, and streamline setup and core feature access.
  • Create pathways for team formation, onboarding, and activation.
  • Launch expansion strategies like nudges, lifecycle programs, and develop high-competence signals for expansion.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for seamless PLG → PLS handoffs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of growth-focused product managers, engineers, and marketers.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous improvement.
  • Align growth strategies with cross-functional teams across Superhuman Mail, Grammarly, and Coda.

Qualifications

  • 10+ total years of experience in Growth.
  • At least 5 years of Growth Product experience at a B2B PLG SaaS startup.
  • Experience with hybrid business models and B2C2B funnels.
  • Proficiency in driving monetization including upsell and cross-sell.
  • Strong product sense to identify high-impact opportunities.
  • Experience in roadmap development and rapid experimentation.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proven team building and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
