About the role

Software engineer role focused on building systems that power AI agents, spanning backend data pipelines, integrations, and agent infrastructure. Early-career position with mentorship from senior engineers, ownership of end-to-end projects, and impact on real-world enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to projects across the stack (backend data pipelines, integrations, agent infrastructure)
  • Ship features alongside experienced engineers
  • Ramp up quickly, take ownership of work, and operate with increasing independence
  • Work on Atlas (features for AI assistant: Slack charts/alerts, NL queries, resource management), Activity Stream (log visualization), Dynamic knowledge (time-based knowledge updates from sources like status pages), and Agent memory (context across sessions)
  • Pair with senior engineers on larger initiatives while owning smaller projects end-to-end as you ramp up

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience
  • Curious, asks good questions, understands why things work
  • Able to take feedback and iterate quickly
  • Prefers shipping over perfection while maintaining quality
  • Wants to grow at a startup with real responsibility early
