Fraud Analyst role in Chisinau for ION Group's Cedacri International, focusing on monitoring and analyzing fraud-related alerts, handling suspicious transactions, and validating financial operations. Full-time hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Monitoraggio e analisi di alert legati a possibili eventi fraudolenti che coinvolgono la Banca e/o il cliente
- Gestione delle transazioni sospette e interazione con il cliente finale per approfondimenti
- Verifica e validazione dell’autenticità delle operazioni finanziarie
Qualifications
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
- Eccellente padronanza della lingua italiana, sia parlata che scritta
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni
