About the role

Backend engineer role building infrastructure and systems powering AI agents, owning problems end-to-end across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build infrastructure and systems powering AI agents across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems
  • Own problems end-to-end: define approach, build, and iterate based on learnings
  • Make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and set high code quality and system design standards
  • Interact with data pipelines and analytics to support product goals
  • Contribute to roadmap items such as analytics migration to ClickHouse, hallucination detection improvements, and browser use agent enhancements

Qualifications

  • 4+ years building backend systems, preferably in reliability- and scale-focused environments

Skills

Required:Backend developmentPython (Django/FastAPI)System design
Nice to have:TypeScript (Node.js)
