About the role

A role focused on driving growth through forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic financial insights, partnering with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner as a trusted financial advisor to Sales leaders, providing actionable insights into performance and guiding strategic decisions.
  • Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Drive coordinated headcount and resource planning to ensure alignment with growth targets and operational priorities.
  • Analyze sales performance and GTM metrics to identify growth opportunities and risks.
  • Own and enhance performance dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Support deal evaluation and financial guidance on pricing, deal structure, and profitability.
  • Lead ad-hoc analysis and execution for finance and business leadership, focused on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), strategic finance, or related fields, including 2+ years covering sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; comfortable with modeling techniques.
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics, with ability to synthesize large datasets.
  • Deep experience in financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven analysis.
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key partners.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong project management skills and capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
