Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier talent across engineering, product, and operations teams at HappyRobot, a high-growth AI startup.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles — from sourcing to close
  • Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality candidates
  • Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards
  • Craft great candidate experiences — from first touch to offer
  • Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels
  • Build scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale
  • Help build our employer brand across LinkedIn, events, and referrals

Qualifications

  • 5–6+ years of experience in GTM recruiting, ideally in a high-growth startup
  • Strong sourcing skills and creative approach to finding top talent
  • Ability to own roles end-to-end with minimal oversight
  • Great communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills
  • Deep interest in AI, technology, and building early-stage teams
  • Organized, fast-moving, and excited about making hiring a strategic advantage
