About the role

Senior Account Executive responsible for delivering value from SDR-fed SMB opportunities (1–9 locations) and managing pipeline, activity metrics, and referrals. Hybrid in Lehi, UT after ramp.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a pipeline of SDR-fed opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly targets with targeted conversion rates and deal size (ARR)
  • Embrace proven methods to articulate and sell all Weave products & services.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Keep organized, detailed records of opportunity activity within Salesforce
  • Generate new sales opportunities by soliciting referrals from assigned opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years prior inside sales closing experience (SaaS preferable)
  • Proven success in closing new business.
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Strong ability to adopt sales processes, organizational standards, and pipeline management best practices
  • Ability to function with a resilient mindset in a fast-paced environment.
