About the role
On-site GxP-focused deployment engineer embedded with customers to deploy, configure, and integrate Seal's platform in regulated environments, delivering measurable ROI through end-to-end transformation.
Responsibilities
- Go onsite and immerse yourself in a customer's most intricate workflows to identify where the biggest problems are
- Deploy and configure Seal against live GxP processes, ELN, QMS, LIMS, MES, and own the outcome end to end
- Migrate customers off legacy systems, paper, spreadsheets, siloed tools, into Seal, end to end
- Build and lead training sessions that drive real adoption, not just go-live
- Present results and proposals for future work to audiences ranging from scientists to C-suite
- Feed what you see in the field directly back into Seal's product
Qualifications
- A deep technical background (e.g., Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology)
- Experience in quality, automation, or life sciences is highly beneficial
- Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site with customers
