About the role
In-person founding role building the core platform for Seal, an AI-driven, regulated-life-sciences operating system. Own critical platform components (automation engine, AI interfaces, and low-level data primitives) and ship with full ownership of problems from spec to code. Requires first-principles thinking, strong product focus, and readiness for a high-bar, hands-on environment in London.
Responsibilities
- Own critical parts of the platform: the automation engine, AI interfaces, and the low-level data primitives that underpin everything.
- Build a true platform rather than a fixed product with abstractions for infinite customizability.
- Write the spec, make architectural decisions, and ship the code for each problem assigned in weekly cycles.
- Interface directly with customers, participate in on-call rotations, and travel onsite as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience level: Any (new grads ok)
- In-person role in London
- Ability to work without a customer success layer and communicate with customers directly
- First-principles thinker who can architect UI primitives while considering user experience
