About the role

Billing and Collections Analyst at Filevine, focusing on reconciling complex account activity, resolving payment discrepancies, and managing delinquent accounts within Salesforce and Intacct, supporting cash application and invoicing lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve payment issues on delinquent customer account
  • Analyze and reconcile customer account activity
  • Review and resolve customer invoice and payment issues
  • Maintain customer accounts to ensure information is up-to-date
  • Understand the cash application process and act as a backup as needed
  • Understand invoice generation and act as a backup as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of collections experience
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Detail oriented
  • Extensive verbal/written communication
  • Effective decision-making and follow-through; ability to communicate process/rules to internal/external customers
  • Technical aptitude
  • Experience with Excel, Intacct, and Salesforce a plus
