About the role

Drive activation, expansion, and product narrative strategies for Superhuman's product suite, focusing on user engagement and cross-product growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-product activation: Define user experiences and identify friction points to enhance engagement.
  • Drive PLG-led expansion: Develop strategies to convert single-seat users into multi-seat accounts with targeted messaging.
  • Shape product narratives: Collaborate with PMMs to craft cohesive, customer-first stories connecting products.
  • Enable cross-functional alignment: Provide clear narratives and insights to go-to-market and Product teams to support expansion.
  • Deeply understand users: Partner with research and data teams to identify triggers for adoption and expansion.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles, ideally at a B2B SaaS or PLG company.
  • Proven success in driving user activation, cross-product adoption, or team expansion through self-serve or hybrid models.
  • Deep understanding of product analytics and user segmentation.
  • Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills for compelling product messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills, adaptability, and ability to operate in ambiguity.
