About the role

Growth & Ops Intern on the Programs & Livestreams teams supporting live programming, event logistics, and course materials to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-growing, AI-native startup.

Responsibilities

  • Livestreams - Coordinate with livestream hosts and facilitators to confirm virtual logistics, schedules, and technical needs
  • Livestreams - Support virtual livestreams by managing chat functions, sharing links, assisting speakers on video platforms, and helping run giveaways and promotions
  • Livestreams - Maintain and update event listings to ensure dates, times, descriptions, and links are accurate across platforms
  • Livestreams - Execute repeatable event processes on a consistent weekly schedule
  • Livestreams - Monitor event readiness in advance and flag issues or discrepancies proactively
  • Livestreams - Assist with post-event tasks, including follow-ups and operational clean-up
  • Programs - Help instructors get set up and ready before each session, keeping things on track so the experience feels seamless for students
  • Programs - Support the development of course materials, including syllabi, slide decks, and customer communications, using an established playbook
  • Programs - Assist with student-facing communications before, during, and after sessions
  • Programs - For the right intern, opportunity to directly kick off bootcamp sessions. Get in front of 40+ customers to orient them to the course and set the tone

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
  • Reliable, organized, and comfortable following structured processes week over week
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, especially over email and with groups
  • Comfortable on video; confident helping run live sessions on Zoom and similar platforms
  • Available 20 hours per week, with some evening availability
  • Able to start immediately; preference given to applicants who can continue through the fall semester and into the winter.
