About the role

Product-focused software engineering role spanning backend, frontend, and agent frameworks, with close customer interaction, ownership over end-to-end delivery, and opportunities to shape product direction and roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Ship products in a largely greenfield environment with end-to-end ownership
  • Work close to customers, joining calls and maintaining tight feedback loops
  • Identify problems worth solving independently, design experiments, and build the v0
  • Ship across the stack (backend, frontend, agent frameworks) with ownership
  • Help write the roadmap rather than just execute it
  • As the team grows, take on broader ownership over customer relationships and technical direction

Qualifications

  • Track record of shipping products that users actually used (including at least one that failed) with understanding of why it mattered
  • Ability to ramp quickly, operate in ambiguity, and act with a strong bias to action
  • Deep interest in why something is being built, not just how it gets built
  • Understanding of what success looks like for both customer and business, not just code
  • Experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded engineering and genuine energy for that work
  • Bonus: experience founding something (even if it didn’t work)
  • Bonus: experience in forward-deployed or customer-embedded roles
  • Bonus: experience building with agents, LLMs, or large-scale data systems
