About the role

Support and scale day-to-day business operations through data analysis, process optimization, and cross-team collaboration at HappyRobot.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in process optimization, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights and reporting.
  • Maintain and update internal dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Help streamline internal processes across finance, sales, procurement, and customer support.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve business operations and efficiency.
  • Assist in project management and execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Support contract management and procurement workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Contribute to go-to-market operations by improving coordination between sales, finance, and legal teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in operational systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL, Python, or BI tools are a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Founder Mindset - willingness to take risks and adapt.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
