About the role

A senior role focused on managing relationships with API partners, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of Runway's AI solutions, and supporting technical escalations and product feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain strong relationships with top API partners, serving as their primary technical contact.
  • Own post-sale success including onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for key accounts.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to align Runway's API capabilities with partners' needs.
  • Identify and prototype new markets and opportunities for products.
  • Develop understanding of products and roadmap.
  • Support onboarding to API Developer Portal and long-term technical understanding.
  • Triage and resolve technical escalations in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.
  • Analyze and report on partnership performance using BI tools.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Developer Relations.
  • Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
