About the role

Role focused on end-to-end deployment of Vitalize platform across hospital systems, driving ROI for executives and shaping product strategy through on-site implementations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multi-stakeholder rollouts across 5–20 hospital sites
  • Run training for thousands of clinicians
  • Troubleshoot workflows and drive adoption
  • Align nursing, operations, IT, finance, and PMO
  • Own escalations and remove blockers fast
  • Partner daily with engineering on roadmap-impacting insights
  • Build deployment playbook for 200+ hospitals
  • Demonstrate ROI to executives and quantify labor savings
  • Bridge customers and product by feeding field insights to engineering and design

Qualifications

  • Relentless operator with ability to navigate ambiguity
  • World-class communicator capable of briefing CNOs and IT directors
  • Insatiably curious about hospital operations and workflows
  • Structured yet flexible, capable of building scalable processes
  • Customer-obsessed with on-site presence and problem ownership
  • Technically fluent or comfortable with system integrations (preferred)
