About the role

Client Success Manager role focused on building relationships with restaurant clients, driving product adoption, ensuring client health, and coordinating post-sales activities across Sales, Services, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Take a client-oriented relationship management approach to drive product adoption, client satisfaction, and overall client health.
  • Own accounts - manage onboarding and serve as the main point of contact between clients and the Tarro team.
  • Strategize with clients to connect their business goals and challenges with Tarro’s products and services (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Stay in touch with clients to ensure they realize the full potential of Tarro’s products and services.
  • Ensure critical issues are well-documented and properly escalated for expeditious resolution.
  • Serve as the voice of the client, evaluate and provide customer recommendations to internal teams for product/service improvements.
  • Develop and share best practices with team members to enhance the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of our overall client support.

Qualifications

  • Native fluent in Mandarin Chinese and professionally fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong project management skills for navigating a dynamic portfolio of clients.
  • Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of ownership and urgency; able to take initiative and drive tasks independently.
