About the role

Role responsible for onboarding restaurant clients onto Tarro’s platform, translating restaurant operations into system configurations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring a high-quality live setup and ongoing post-live support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding of new and reactivated restaurants
  • Conduct client interviews to document operations
  • Translate client needs into back-end configuration across multiple products
  • Project-manage end-to-end cross-functional onboarding workflow
  • Design and implement the Greendot product configuration for the client
  • Perform final QA checks before go-live to ensure accuracy and usability for agents
  • Oversee seasonal or ad hoc menu changes and ensure revalidations meet client expectations
  • Maintain client relationship and feedback loop for 14 days post-live
  • Act as escalation point for setup or support issues with strong client communication and de-escalation skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Voice Operations, Product) to refine implementation quality playbook

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and professionally fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering or similar (Master’s a plus)
  • 3+ years in fast-paced startups
  • 2+ years in project management or client-facing/client success roles
  • Extreme ownership and strong cross-functional communication
  • Intellectual problem-solving, strong critical-thinking
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at documenting information
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Enjoys working closely with clients
