About the role

Regional Marketing Intern to support LATAM marketing strategy and local GTM initiatives, working with the LATAM Regional Marketing Manager to transform global campaigns into localized, impactful experiences in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of the LATAM regional marketing plan, delivering campaigns, events, webinars, partner initiatives, and local activations aligned with global priorities.
  • Review localised and adapted global campaigns, messaging, and assets for LATAM relevance and accuracy.
  • Assist with campaign and event operations, including asset QA and cross-functional coordination with central marketing & campaign operation teams.
  • Support marketing calendars, project plans, reporting rhythms, and tracking processes to give visibility into LATAM initiatives.
  • Support reporting and performance analysis, tracking leads and pipeline influence from regionally executed initiatives.
  • Contribute market insights and competitor observations to inform LATAM strategy and GTM alignment.
  • Partner with local GTM teams on operational execution of LATAM marketing initiatives, ensuring cross-team visibility.
  • Support marketing activities in LATAM, primarily Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • First hand experience in Marketing / Events is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Proactive team player with positive attitude
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
