About the role

Detail-oriented, entry-level role to help manage the transfer of telephone numbers between carriers, support porting requests, number purchasing, Caller ID, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries. Full training provided in telecom operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support porting-related requests and number portability processes
  • Assist with number purchasing, Caller ID, and A2P 10DLC SMS registration inquiries
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and external carriers to resolve issues related to number operations
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance throughout telecom number transfers and related workflows
  • Learn and apply telecom, VoIP, and number portability processes (training provided)

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable learning new software tools (CRM/ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira)
  • Eagerness to learn about telecom, VoIP, and number portability processes
  • No prior telecom experience required — training provided
