About the role

Lead and build the Growth Platform team at Superhuman, focusing on AI-driven growth strategies, system development for acquisition, activation, and retention, and shaping proactive AI features.

Responsibilities

  • Build a strong and high-performing engineering team.
  • Work with product to define the team’s vision.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to test and scale growth systems.
  • Contribute to experimentation frameworks and infrastructure.
  • Mentor team members and foster a culture of impact and collaboration.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technical design discussions.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
  • Strong ownership with track record of delivering business impact.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Skills in designing, analyzing A/B tests, and working with large-scale data.
  • Deep care for user experience and building polished products.
  • Aligned with MOVE principles: move fast, create customer value, impact over activity, trust-based disagreement.
