About the role

Backend engineer role responsible for building the infrastructure and systems powering AI agents, spanning data pipelines, analytics, and real-time agent systems with end-to-end ownership from problem framing to deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Own problems end-to-end: figuring out the right approach, building it, and iterating based on learnings.
  • Ship features that power AI agents across data pipelines, analytics, and real-time systems.
  • Make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and set the bar for code quality and system design.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years building backend systems, ideally at reliability and scale focused companies.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to define problems and solutions autonomously.
  • Willingness to dive into unfamiliar parts of the codebase as required.
  • Ability to write clean code, pay attention to details, and know when to ship.
  • Interest in AI agents and infrastructure challenges of running them in production.
