About the role

Designing enterprise experiences for Superhuman Go to enable organizations to effectively deploy and manage AI-powered proactive agent capabilities, focusing on trust, clarity, and polished user interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design of enterprise experiences for Superhuman Go, from configuration to daily workflow integration.
  • Define and evolve critical user journeys for enterprise personas, transforming complex systems into clear, usable experiences.
  • Design enterprise-ready agent configuration and control surfaces, including feature enablement, data management, and model choices.
  • Create trustworthy experiences around data protection, integrations, identity, audit logs, and transparency.
  • Design highly polished interfaces and interactions with emphasis on craft, clarity, and visual excellence across user and admin experiences.
  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content, and Security teams to align on trade-offs, resolve issues, and elevate enterprise AI experiences.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with a history of owning complex, cross-surface problems end to end.
  • Experience designing enterprise experiences that require trust, reliability, and clarity for adoption.
  • Experience designing AI-native products, addressing model behavior, uncertainty, constraints, and user trust as key design considerations.
  • Strong design craft demonstrated through a polished portfolio showcasing UI, interaction, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives, collaborate cross-functionally, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
