About the role

A QA Engineer at Superhuman responsible for building and maintaining core internal platform, owning release processes, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring high-quality user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the weekly release process and ensure releases are efficient, predictable, and low-risk
  • Identify bottlenecks in the release pipeline and continuously improve speed and reliability
  • Coordinate across dependencies between native and web systems
  • Contribute to an engineering culture emphasizing documentation, testing, and user experience

Qualifications

  • Has 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with desktop applications - Windows and Mac
  • Strong experience working with any bug-tracking tool
  • Test automation experience and release management
  • Strong experience with Typescript/ C#, or Swift
  • Cares about the end-user experience and strives to ensure high quality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manage tasks across multiple projects, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments
