Lawyer focused on commercial contracting and GTM support for a fast-growing AI company. Partners with Sales and GTM to structure and close complex enterprise deals, design templates/playbooks/processes, and guide privacy/data protection in customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise SaaS negotiations and advise business partners directly
  • Structure and close complex enterprise deals with Sales and GTM teams
  • Design templates, playbooks, and processes to scale contracting
  • Guide privacy and data protection in customer relationships
  • Build the legal function early to support company growth

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial contracting experience
  • Lawyer who enjoys building, not just reviewing
  • Comfortable advising business partners directly in enterprise SaaS negotiations
  • Sound judgment and curiosity about AI, collaborative style
