About the role

Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver tailored solutions for clients using Juniper Square's investment management platform. Focus on successful implementations, adoption, and long-term customer relationships through product knowledge and industry insights.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Consultation: Partner with clients to understand strategic goals and craft adoption plans.
  • Solution Delivery: Lead design and implementation of solutions, ensuring timely execution.
  • Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for diverse user groups.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep understanding of product functionality and industry best practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Project Management, Customer Success, Service and Support, and Product Development to resolve issues and influence roadmap.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the Technical Consulting Team.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation on product and procedures best practices.
  • AI-Enabled Efficiency: Use AI tools to accelerate recurring work, qualify client use-cases, manage client book, and prepare documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with clients within the investment management industry.
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing meetings and presentations, including executive-level audiences.
  • Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) productively for day-to-day work.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and thrive in a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 10% as needed.
  • Technical experience in API implementations is a plus.
  • Previous consulting experience helping customers achieve outcomes in a technical manner.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
