About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying multimodal AI solutions for government and military clients, bridging R&D and production environments, with focus on unstructured data processing and agentic systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement production-grade RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using Python.
  • Handle real-world messy data including PDFs, scanned docs, images, and videos to ensure system performance and scalability.
  • Evaluate new models (LLMs, embedding models, object detection), prototype approaches for governmental deliverables, and run experiments to determine effectiveness.
  • Document architectures, contribute to technical reports for contracts, and participate in pre-sales calls to architect solutions for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience deploying Production RAG pipelines with messy datasets.
  • Deep expertise in agentic system design (tool-use, multi-agent orchestration).
  • Strong Python engineering skills—writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
  • Experience operating within AWS/GovCloud environments.
