About the role

In your role as a healthcare assistant, you will be at the centre of Neko's mission to deliver data-driven, preventative care. You will be the first point of contact for members, work closely with a team of operators and doctors, and help ensure high standards of care and administrative quality.

Responsibilities

  • performing clinical examinations
  • performing ECG
  • measuring grip strength
  • eye pressure
  • taking blood samples
  • analysing blood samples
  • managing administrative documentation
  • ensuring smooth operation and high quality of results for members
