About the role

Residential Security Officer to join Snap Inc.'s Executive Protection team, providing security protection for a private family residence and coordinating with Protective Services.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor a variety of security measures to help ensure safety at a private family residence.
  • Work daily with family members, corporate executives, and other colleagues in business and social environments to provide security protection.
  • Perform access control and ensure security procedures are completed
  • Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with procedures
  • Monitor Snap’s CCTV system
  • Ensure that unauthorized people are not permitted in prohibited areas
  • Maintain an accurate record of any incidents that occur
  • Handle ad hoc duties as the need arises
  • Address any security breaches within set protocols

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in the military, law enforcement, or a public/private sector security organization or equivalent years of experience
  • A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
  • Must be able to pass a background and driving record check
  • Valid BSIS Guard Card
  • Valid BSIS Firearms Permit
  • Preferred: BS/BA or equivalent years of experience
  • Previous Residential Security experience
  • Passion for Snap Inc and its products!
