Responsibilities

  • Coach mentees remotely to prepare for investment banking recruiting
  • Review resumes, provide behavioral and technical interview guidance
  • Offer practical insights on what top firms look for during hiring and interviewing
  • Host sessions virtually and manage own hours and rates
  • Partner with the team to deliver high-quality coaching experience

Qualifications

  • Experience at leading investment banks
  • Experience interviewing or hiring candidates in investment banking
  • Ability to provide practical insight into recruiting processes
  • Proven ability to coach or train others in a professional setting
