About the role

Coaches use AI in finance contexts to mentor students and professionals, helping them apply AI to financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, research, and decision-making across roles such as investing, corporate finance, and fintech. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with the team to deliver high-impact coaching.

Responsibilities

  • Coach students and professionals on leveraging AI for financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, research, and decision-making in finance-related roles (investing, corporate finance, fintech).
  • Translate hands-on AI-finance experience into practical guidance and coaching materials.
  • Host coaching sessions virtually and manage own schedule and rates.
  • Collaborate with the Leland team to deliver high-impact coaching outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using AI to drive financial insights, efficiency, or outcomes.
  • Ability to translate experience into clear, practical guidance for mentees.
  • Experience in finance-related roles or contexts where AI is applied (investing, corporate finance, fintech) is preferred.
