About the role

AI strategy and transformation coaching for professionals and business leaders to adopt and scale AI within organizations. Coaches help identify high-impact use cases, develop AI strategies, and lead AI transformations across teams and functions. Remote contract role with flexible hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Coach professionals and business leaders on AI adoption and scaling within organizations.
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases and develop actionable AI strategies.
  • Lead AI transformations across teams and functions.
  • Deliver practical, high-impact coaching sessions virtually.
  • Set own hours and rates in collaboration with the Leland team.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading AI strategy, implementation, or transformation efforts within companies or advisory roles.
  • Ability to translate experience into clear, actionable guidance for mentees.
