About the role

Coaches leverage AI to guide students and professionals in applying AI to go-to-market roles, including lead generation, outbound/inbound workflows, content creation, personalization, and campaign optimization. Remote contract position with self-set hours and rates.

Responsibilities

  • Coach mentees on using AI to drive measurable sales or marketing outcomes
  • Provide practical guidance derived from hands-on experience with AI in GTM functions
  • Host sessions virtually
  • Partner with the Leland team to deliver high-impact coaching
  • Help students and professionals land jobs or upskill in AI-native sales/marketing contexts

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience using AI to drive measurable sales or marketing outcomes
  • Ability to translate experience into clear, practical guidance
  • Experience coaching or mentoring is implied by role (coaching/mentoring focus)
