About the role

Lead and grow a team of engineers to drive growth in Grammarly's Enterprise features and develop AI-powered agents for enterprise users within Superhuman.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a team of 6 engineers, including mentorship and cultural development.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Drive the development of Grammarly's Enterprise features and transition to an AI-enabled future with Go.
  • Build and improve AI agents useful for enterprise users.
  • Be technically involved in designing, reviewing code, and participating in architecture decisions.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing and growing a team of 4+ engineers for 3+ years.
  • Strong ownership and focus on business impact.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac platform technologies.
  • Experience in working with sales and marketing teams and understanding enterprise customer journeys.
