About the role
Research, design, implement and verify elements of Chroma's scalable, reliable, serverless distributed storage engine, collaborating with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure teams.
Responsibilities
- Research, design, implement, and verify elements of the storage engine.
- Collaborate with Distributed Systems and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
Qualifications
- Experience with building, running, and optimizing high-performance systems-level programs.
- Experience in building storage systems for databases or similar high-performance storage applications.
- Substantial production experience in Rust, C++, Zig, or other system programming languages.
