About the role

Early-member, in-person role at Reducto in San Francisco, focused on enabling sales and implementations for enterprise customers through technical expertise and close collaboration with GTM, engineering, and customer teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with our GTM team to demonstrate product capabilities for customers’ environments through demos and proof-of-concepts
  • Design and advise on system architecture or data flow to best integrate the product
  • Write scripts or code to help customers leverage Reducto’s product (e.g., API calls, connectors, dashboards)
  • Collaborate with customers, support, and core engineers to identify high-impact improvements
  • Serve as a feedback loop to product and infra teams—surface usability gaps and opportunities to deepen customer value
  • Work directly with founders and customers to shape product direction and engineering strategy

Qualifications

  • 3 to 6 years of experience working with enterprise or regulated customers
  • Excellent with Python; comfortable with Bash and infrastructure as needed
  • Very comfortable with Kubernetes
  • Willing to build own tools (e.g., quick Streamlit app) to test hypotheses or create datasets
  • Quantitative approach to building products; comfortable with full development lifecycle from ideation to shipping to users
