About the role

In-person enterprise sales role at Reducto, responsible for driving end-to-end enterprise deals, engaging multi-stakeholder buyers, and partnering with engineering and founders to pilot and scale the product within large organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end — from targeted outbound through close — for large, complex accounts.
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals involving technical evaluators, security/legal review, procurement, and economic buyers.
  • Partner closely with engineering and founders to scope and run technical proofs-of-concept and pilots.
  • Build and continuously refine the enterprise sales playbook — you're writing and refining plays, not just running them.
  • Feed customer requirements, objections, and competitive intelligence back to product and leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Build a pipeline and win record that reflects durable, repeatable success rather than one-off wins.
  • Willingness to work in-person from our San Francisco office five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales with technical products or AI/ML solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and thriving in high-growth environments.
  • Strategic thinking to identify customer pain points and articulate value to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and build relationships with technical and business decision-makers.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams and provide market feedback.
