About the role

Executive Assistant to support a Senior Leader in Product & Engineering and the SVP of Corporate Development & Ventures, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing calendars, travel, and confidential information while enabling strategic initiatives and community events.

Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Organizes all meetings across international time zones, including internal engineering team meetings, customer meetings, internal business partners, and external venture/M&A requests.
  • Request Tracking & SLAs: Builds and maintains records of all meeting requests and closes out all requests in a timely manner, maintaining strong SLA responses for internal and external stakeholders (founders, investors, bankers).
  • Meeting Preparation: Ensures all meeting invites have the appropriate details, context, and documentation to have an effective meeting, protecting executive focus time.
  • Event Management: Manages offsite meetings, events, and programs in support of the leaders and their staff, ensuring team events, leadership dinners, or investor meetings are executed with polish and precision.
  • Operational & Travel Support: Manages briefing materials, executive correspondence, and select domestic and international travel, anticipating needs before expressed.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Handles sensitive, non-public information—including product roadmaps, M&A targets, term sheets, and board-level matters—with discretion.
  • Team Coverage: May support other executive staff members if there are coverage gaps due to PTO, sickness, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7+ years of applicable executive administrative experience, ideally from a global software organization.
