Senior UX Product Designer at Levelpath focused on delivering delightful end-to-end experiences across mobile and web, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the Design System, and ensuring engineering-ready handoffs.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time with customers to discover underserved needs
  • Work with Head of Design, Product Managers, and Engineers to deliver simple, elegant solutions from story mapping to prototypes and iteration
  • Deliver delightful user experiences on mobile and web
  • Establish and maintain strong usability standards across mobile and web UX
  • Deliver engineering-ready files to engineering team in a clean, well-documented format
  • Contribute to and maintain the Design System
  • Own the work you are responsible for and perform at a high bar

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to solve problems and deliver delightful experiences
  • Product thinker and systems thinker
  • Curious with ability to dig into big problems
  • Empathy for users and ability to make user-centered decisions
  • UI expertise with emphasis on simplicity, usability, and delightful creativity
  • Intentional interaction design, not an afterthought
  • Experience with both web and mobile design and understanding of differences
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset and openness to ideas from others
  • Ability to invest time in understanding problems and validate with users and team
  • Strong understanding of process including validation, feedback, and iteration
